OpenQRS is an open source ecosystem for open data monitoring of health care devices and empowers health care product designers to build monitoring for quality, reliability and safety data into their product’s design, to ensure that these health care products do what they promise to do. 

OpenQRS engages health care product designers passionate to harness new technology, such as sensors, wifi, mobile- to develop an open data system that informs the public about the quality, reliability and safety (QRS) of health care devices with the goal to make it easy, effective and affordable to monitor QRS data for devices deployed anywhere in the world."
