This was really big in the 1990s, in that instance mroe with the third way
debate, so there are many people to look at if you have access to an online
journal outlet, with an athens password, your university should provide you
with one (i already did at some point i dont know if you still have it).
For instance: for a recap and more biblio see Elson's Socialized Markets,
not Market Socialism at the socialist register journal
he did one back ion 1988 as well titled Market socialism or socialization of
the market for the new left review as well
also in the case you cannot get your hands on an athens password, there are
online papers if you use the two key words 'socializing markets market
socialism' not on goggle but on google scholar, there are some free pdfs
