Imagine if "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union" created a WikiCongress, to act as a people-partisan "think tank" to propose new legislation (http://thomas.loc.gov/home/lawsmade.bysec/sourcesofleg.html). Would the interests of the American people be more fairly represented than the interests of Special Interests? This is the experiment that begins here at WikiDemocracy.
