Ryan Lanham (b. 1963, Cincinnati, OH) is Director of the Civil Service College of the Cayman Islands.  His interests include governance and p2p, technocracy, energy economics, alternative currencies, learning and development environments and novel uses of social networks.  He is also interested in p2p medicine.
He contributes to several blogs and has maintained his own on Wordpress including “Thinking about Technocracy”
He was educated at Johns Hopkins and Virginia Tech.
Among other experiences he has worked at stock exchanges, major universities (Harvard and Northwestern) in AI (with Roger Schank), and founded a venture funded financial securities firm that licensed the Star ATM brand.
Right now he enjoys reading books on oceanography and Keynesian theories of money.
He has no idea what he wants to be when he grows up.
