Born in Mexico City 1981. Current Profession: Transition Engineering

Eduardo Kuri Athie is developing and promoting a new professional discipline called Transition Engineering and supporting the development of a new socioeconomic, collaborative infrastructure-tools for the coming digital Era called nomaCoin and nomaLand. With background and studies on Industrial Engineering, Economy, Education and Design of sustainable communities, Eduardo focuses his life in finding solutions for the systemic crisis that threaten life on Earth.

He has experience as an entrepreneur and project development in the areas of Sustainability Education Video Games, Augmented Reality and alternative education for children. Giving sporadic public talks, conferences and workshops in Spain and México.

In his research for sustainable and meaningful livelihood he explored the off-grid life for nearly 4 years in different context (Mountain, farm lands, and Tropical rain forest), studying and experiencing the paths to a more self-sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

His previous experience include a variety of jobs (cleaning, selling,tour guide, teacher, project manager in building reforms and Virtual reality marketing research, event manager) that opened his eyes to larger range of human experience in the context of Jobs, life styles, Economic Status, reach and poor Countries, Largest Cities to smallest towns.

Eduardo currently lives between Mallorca Spain and Yucatan Mexico, developing a Center for Cultural Transition for hosting Transition engineering educational experiences in the Riviera Maya and working with NaturalDigit company as Development support of the nomaLand and nomaCoin system.
