Alexandre Lemille (@AlexLemille) leads discussions about our next economy focusing on addressing human needs thanks to system circularity - our best path to guaranty well-being for all - according to him.

To achieve this he suggests to insert a Circular Humansphere that would improve our decisions aiming at preserving the ‘life equation’ on Earth.

The Circular Humansphere shifts the objectives of a Circular Economy, accelerates our work on United Nations SDGs and Human Development, and could help us reach out to a Doughnut Economy faster.

He is also involved in private projects or public programs (Horizon 2020, Nexus, development banks, SDGs, university researches) with the aim of rethinking the way we live, work and share. Sectors covered are education, job creation, water/soil/waste nexus, circular textiles, social entrepreneurship, rural communities, agrofood & resilient cities.

He lectures in equitable circular economy (#CircHumansphere) at several Universities (University of Cape Town, Sciences Po Paris, University of Bradford, ENSAIT Textile Engineering School).

Alexandre was recognized by the World Economic Forum as “Highly Commended” in the Circular Economy Leadership category (2016). His work on Optimization of Circular Value was greeted by the Chatham House UK (2017). In 2018 he was recognized top 25 Change Maker by ChangeHackers.

He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston, MA, USA.
