Cool. Didn't know you had a wiki team... If that's the case, we should talk, I can tell you how to implement a voting model for MediaWiki using the methods used in Pangaia.
On another note, thinking about it more abstractly, '"peer production" may be too limited of a term. I see it really as the change that happens when one moves from a growth economy to a value economy. In a value economy, wealth is a product of collaboration rather than conquest.
