Description

Their main aim is to connect the diversity of plants with the diversity of humanity involved in the shared gardens. There is a focus on rediscovering forgotten plants, to exchange experiences and to find ways to duplicate and grow the seeds. They pay attention to older methods of plant reproduction while at the same time developing new tools that are appropriate for urban gardens. Each year a seed/plant exchange market is organized and since october 2012, also a festival for seed collection. The project works locally but connected with a global community of interested people and is a nonprofit since 2002.
