"Sede will exist in a beautiful house in Porto, with the purpose to promote the iniciative of individual in a collective environment , through his actions of free and open knowledge, collaborative projects under FLOSS practices and p2p production, social activity, political and social activism by stimulation the creative processes, art and non-formal education, promote a culture of sustainable and integrated practicals, such as permaculture, the solidarity economy , open cooperativism, and critical thinking, questioning the city and the society."
