"Provision is a Food Sovereignty project that has grown into a school for self-sufficient living and subsistence farming, self-reliance and sustainability, traditional skills and values, low impact living and simplicity. We are also an experiential learning center and community that uses NonViolent Communication as one basis for our interbeing. We are also working within the framework of The Work the Reconnects as we move from the Industrial Growth Society, through the Great Turning toward the more beautiful world our heart knows is possible. We hope that experiencing a subsistence farming and village community lifestyle inspires others to choose for a slightly more or even more complete self/village/community-sufficient way of living."
