"Moral Courage College provides another option for diversity training that dispenses with the shame and guilt that too often creates division in typical anti-racism courses and training. Moral Courage College teaches “honest diversity”. Honest diversity goes beyond traditional diversity to include viewpoint diversity. After all, a key component of leadership is learning to constructively disagree. The moral courage to speak truths, even into disagreements, results in engagement and engagement turns into action that leads to progression. Focusing on our unique individual experiences, Moral Courage College sees every human as always evolving, and works to build a community of curiosity that rejects static labels, with the ultimate aim of replacing tribalism with pluralism."
