I've done the same with Spanish as is done with French That is

  • called the category of pages in Spanish just "Spanish", which itself is in Category:Languages
  • moved the material that was on this page back to the page Spanish-Language

However, I see there are lots of Spanish pages ending /es. What shall we do about those?

the /es add-on was added by the wikispring contributors for spanish-language entries ... I'm not particularly fond of it, BUT, it has it uses when a entry can be both in english AND spanish (or another language), then people can recognize what language the entry is in; so I think we need to keep it; as most /es article would have another equivalent, without /es, in english

That's fine -- I think I have categorised them all Spanish anyway.
